Inner Banks Arts, a groundbreaking collaboration among four regional arts councils—Arts of the Albemarle, Perquimans Arts League, Chowan Arts Council, and Bertie County Arts Council—is proud to announce its mission to foster a vibrant and inclusive arts community across northeastern North Carolina. Guided by its mission to unite the creative energies of these councils, Inner Banks Arts seeks to expand access to the arts, support artists across disciplines, and inspire cultural growth throughout the region.
