THATS A WRAP!
Arts on the Perquimans 2024 was a great success! Hundreds of folks enjoyed a day filled with a remarkable selection of arts and crafts by incredibly talented artisans from all over our area. Add to that great food and bakery sweets and you’ve got a near perfect day! An event of this size relies heavily on the help of dozens of volunteers. Thank you each and everyone! PAL Donates $1,500 to NC Arts Disaster Relief Fund
The Perquimans Arts League (PAL) is proud to announce a donation of $1,500 to the North Carolina Arts Council’s Arts Disaster Relief Fund to support fellow artists and colleagues in western North Carolina who have been severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. The funds were raised during PAL’s Arts on the Perquimans event, held on October 5 in Hertford, NC. This annual community event featured a raffle that drew strong support from local businesses, artists, and residents. The raffle included over $1,000 worth of art, jewelry, gift certificates, and services generously donated by companies and individuals in the community.
