Four Councils Unite: Inner Banks Arts
Inner Banks Arts, a groundbreaking collaboration among four regional arts councils—Arts of the Albemarle, Perquimans Arts League, Chowan Arts Council, and Bertie County Arts Council—is proud to announce its mission to foster a vibrant and inclusive arts community across northeastern North Carolina. Guided by its mission to unite the creative energies of these councils, Inner Banks Arts seeks to expand access to the arts, support artists across disciplines, and inspire cultural growth throughout the region. The coalition combines resources and expertise to amplify the unique strengths of each council, while working toward a shared vision: a flourishing arts community where creativity thrives, diverse voices are celebrated, and the arts are accessible to all.
